The apartment was very clean, with all amenities present. the location offered easy access to the city center via public transport, and parking was available. I found this beneficial! phone support was responsive. the provided manuals were detailed. They made the appliance operation simple.
i found the beddings to have some stains. the toilets took a long time to flush a second time, and the shower's hot water only lasted 40 minutes. the corridor sometimes smelled of cigarettes though the pizza smell was a nice change.

the hotel was spacious. the location proved excellent for visiting, especially with easy access to the big bus company at fisherman's square. the bus made trips into the city centre simple. the receptionist was helpful and promptly addressed email requests. we particularly appreciated the large fridge and freezer. the fifth-floor view was a bonus. the beds were also very comfy. the location was close to groceries and several restaurants. it was also great having two bathrooms.
The hand soap was poor quality, and there were no shampoo, shower gel, or moisturizer provided. We had to purchase our own.

The apartment featured two en-suite bedrooms. This was very convenient. a large, open-plan living and kitchen area included big windows letting in lots of light.
The check-in procedure was not user friendly. It took multiple long distance calls to figure out codes and entry.

the apartment was super clean. the arrangements for checking in and out were clear. the area is very nice with great views over the firth of forth. i am looking forward to staying again as it is an ideal venue for visiting family!
the staff walked into our apartment at 9.30am even though we were told to check out at 10am. we weren't even dressed up properly and a stranger just broke into the apartment, we were scared and nervous. it was a very unpleasant experience.

the location was very peaceful. (i enjoyed the calm surroundings!) the apartment was spacious, and it felt very clean upon arrival. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for our stay.
the check-in process felt a bit complicated because of the lock box system. i found myself reading several emails to understand the instructions. the wi-fi signal was somewhat unreliable at times. the apartment showed signs of wear, such as stickers peeling off cupboards.
